Mahesh back to work from vacation, will resume working on 'Brahmotsavam'

We hear that filmmaker AR Murugadoss’s much-anticipated untitled Tamil-Telugu bilingual with Mahesh Babu would go on the floors by next month. Sources say that the project is likely to be launched soon, and the pre-production has already begun. “It will be wrapped up in six months’ time,” added the source. This will be the first time Mahesh and Murugadoss will be joining hands for a film. Popular lensman Santosh Sivan will crank the camera.

Mahesh Babu, who celebrated the New Year in Switzerland with his family, is back from a holiday. He’s expected to resume shooting for the Telugu family drama Brahmotsavam from next week, which is scheduled to hit the screens worldwide on April 29. “Had a quick break in Dubai and the Swiss Alps. Kids loved it! Now it’s back to work (sic),” Mahesh posted on Twitter page. On the other hand, Murugadoss awaits the release of Sonakshi Sinha-starrer Akira, that is highly anticipated for its lead heroine.
