Telangana: MIM invites applications from candidates ahead of GHMC polls

The party had earlier stated it will give priority to SC, ST, BC and women candidates in the forthcoming elections.

Hyderabad: The AIMIM is inviting applications from aspiring candidates to contest in ensuing elections to the GHMC.
According to a press release, the aspirants can purchase application forms from Thursday to Saturday available at Darussalam, the MIM headquarters, in Aghapura by paying '100 each per application form. They have to submit their applications at the party office enclosing copies of their voter identity cards.
If the aspirants belong to any of the reserved categories, they have to enclose their caste certificates along with a deposit of '5,000, (nonrefundable), in the form of demand draft.
The party had earlier made it clear that it will give priority to SC, ST, BC and women candidates in the forthcoming elections.
