Coalition government with PWF after polls: Vaiko

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the election preparatory meeting for party workers of five southern districts here on Wednesday, he said major political parties in the state will soon realise that they would be able to form a government only with the support of PWF.

Since the inception of PWF, they all have been working together to bring a political change in the state. “ Though some political parties are consistently campaigning against the front propagating that we will not stay together, we have put earnest and sincere efforts to come together and fight against corruption and implement total prohibition in the state,” he said.

Though a section of media is attempting to mislead the public, people are clearly with their political idea which is reflected in the discussions on social media. “They are looking for an alternative government which would be corruption-free; bring in transparency in administration and implement total prohibition,” he said.

While this being the expectation of the people, both the Dravidian parities can’t fulfill their desire because these parties are involved in corruption. “People are angry against AIADMK and they haven’t forgotten the corruption of DMK,” he said.

Elaborating about the PWF conference scheduled for January 26, Vaiko said senior national leaders from CPI (M) and other allies would participate in the conference and the Common Minimum Programme would be released on the occasion, he said.
