Watch: Indian brothers in Guinness World Record for creating largest television remote control
Guinness World Records recently posted on their page that brothers Suraj Kumar Meher and Rajesh Kumar Meher (India) have built the Largest television remote control ever, as verified in Sambalpur, India.
The device is 14ft 9.1 in long and is fully functional. Both the brothers who are shopkeepers worked for 68 days continuously in order to complete this project. They use to stay up late night after work for this, Rajesh has a diploma in electronics engineering.

As reported by Guinness World Record, they also sold their motorcycle in order to raise the fund for the material they required for building this remote.
The remote is exactly 23.68 times bigger than the original it was based on, and even includes 37 giant rubber buttons.

Suraj also said that the device needs three people to move it and has the capacity to bear weight of a 5 year old child.
