It was bolt from the blue, quite literally, for the Bhopal resident Rajrani Gaud when she suffered a severe shoulder injury after a huge chunk of frozen ‘human excreta’ fell on her from the sky.
According to reports, the bizarre incidnet took place as the huge chunk frozen faeces and urine fell upon the 60-year-old from Aamkhoh, and left her with serious shoulder injury. Gaud survived the attack as the frozen mass bounced off a nearby building before striking her on her shoulder. The villagers and eyewitness rushed Gaud to local hospital.
Aviation experts believe that the mass could have been either blue ice, a term used to describe sewage leaked form an aircrafts lavatory, or, a megacryometeor- an extremely large chunk of ice formed under unusual conditions.
But things might not be so bad after all, as Gaud would be entitled for compensation if it really were blue ice.
However, the district administration is not concerned about the incident and believes it to be nothing more than a mere rumour.
