Samsung Galaxy S7: front panel leaks show no major design changes
Mumbai: Less than two months away from the official launch of Samsung’s Galaxy S7, leaks and rumours about the device continue to surface regularly.
Latest image leaks revealed by a trusted French Blog Nowhereelse showed that there is nothing new regarding the design aspect. However, it does look strikingly similar to the S6, apart from a few changes here and there.
For instance, one of the noticeable changes is the longer, rectangle-shaped physical home button to include a better fingerprint scanner.
However, the slight change in dimension might also be an effort to feature a simple, uncomplicated design.
According to the leaked images, the sensors have also been relocated and are housed on the top right-hand corner, above the display.
The top-left side of the device is left completely blank in comparison to the top-right area, which is now completely flooded.
Leaving all these minute details, the Galaxy S7 looks quite similar to its predecessor. However, the S7 is definitely going to be packed with better specifications if rumours are to be believed.
Expected to unveil on February 21, the Galaxy S7 might come along in one or more variants.
According to rumours, the Galaxy S7 is speculated to feature 5.2-inch QHD display, 4GB RAM, and a 20MP primary camera.
Moreover, either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor or a Samsung Exynos 8890 CPU will power the device, as according to the models.
