OnePlus 2 Mini certified by TENAA, leaks hint larger display
Mumbai: After a series of leaked images and specifications, a new OnePlus device has been spotted on a Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center TENAA listing, which is speculated to be the long-awaited OnePlus 2 Mini.
Listed as OneE1000 on 28 December 2015, the certification site suggests that the device will have a larger 4.99-inch OLED HD resolution screen in comparison to earlier leaks. The device measures 140 mm tall, 69 mm wide, and 6.9 mm thin. It weighs only a mere 138 grams.
As per the listing, the device comes with a quad-core Qaulcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset clocked at 2.0 Ghz. Also, the listing pointed out that the device will sport 3GB RAM in place of 4GB.
In terms of storage, the OnePlus 2 Mini will have 16GB internal storage capacity, which can be expanded to 128GB via external microSD card.
On the camera front, the device is said to feature a 13MP primary camera set-up, which can also record video at HD resolutions and a 8MP secondary snapper for vibrant selfies.
The device will run on the latest version of Oxygen OS (Android Lollipop5.1.1), but users can expect a marshmallow update soon.
While no battery information was provided, the device is likely to feature battery capacity similar or slightly higher than the OnePlus X.
