Noida: The body of an unidentified woman was found hanging from the railing at Noida Sector 15 metro station, police said today.
The body was found late last evening, police said, adding that though it seemed to be a case of suicide, investigators were looking into all angles.
Police have sent the body for post-mortem and are trying to ascertain the identity of the woman.
