'Vegan Butcher' is all set to open this month
After a successful Kickstarter campaign, Herbivorous Butcher will now sell plant-based-meat instead of meat-based-meat.
They will soon open in Minneapolis at the end of January this year. These siblings Kale and Aubry Walch were driven with the support provided by their fans to expand their business. However they were able to raise $61,806 from their online campaign.
Well you will be happy to know their menu, which consists of wheat gluten and tofu based Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Smoky House Ribs, Deli Bologna and Teriyaki Jerky as well other special dishes like Maple-Glazed Bacon, Hawaiian Ribs, Andouille Sausage, Scarborough Chicken, Beer Brats, Mexican Chorizo and Pulled Pork.
