Nagarjuna confirms Soggade Chinni Nayana for Sankranti

Following rumours that Nagarjuna’s upcoming film Soggade Chinni Nayana was opting out of the Sankranti race and would release later, the actor has confirmed on Twitter that the film will release on January 15.

The producers had applied for a censor clearance certificate recently but later withdrew it, this started rumours that Nagarjuna wanted to opt out of the Sankranti race.

“Actually, they had applied for the censor clearance certificate long back and the officials wanted to see it on January 1. Then Nagarjuna thought that it was too early to go for a certificate as it would start more rumours, so he opted to go for a later date. Now, the censors are watching it on January 6,” says a source.
