Dogs are the most loyal and friendly animals. Your friends might leave you but your pooch will always stay by your side in thick and thins and in return all they desire is some love and care.
In Romania a dog was recently placed in a shelter Breasta-Craiova, it was surprising to see that it had never been petted in his entire life.
The video created by Periscope 360 shows the reaction of the dog when a woman pets him. It’s heart breaking to see the dog’s reaction.
