The hashtag #divorceselfie first surfaced when Shannon and Chris Neuman posted a selfie of themselves outside a courtroom in Calgary which was taken just minutes after filing for a divorce.
Soon, several other couples decide to follow suit and posted post-divorce selfies with their former spouses. Some of them even proudly displayed their divorce papers with huge smiles. After all, an ending usually signals the beginning of something else, right?
