A day after pop-rock band 5 Seconds Of Summer’s Michael Clifford claimed in an interview with Rolling Stone that Justin Bieber hated them and “had his own album on loop for, like, two or three hours” at an American Music Awards after-party,Bieber hit back at the guitarist saying they didn’t need to use his name for headlines.
“@Michael5SOS Sorry guy, don’t hate you. Don’t even know u. And u sure u came to our party because my album wasn’t on loop? Strange (sic),” Justin tweeted, adding, “Wish u the best. Don’t use my name for headlines. U are already on the cover. U don’t need it. Just be honest. Big hugs bud (sic).”
Michael responded by saying that he had “done nothing but praise” the album in the interview.
