Cops seized 250 bikes from them and imposed fines up to Rs 300

Hyderabad: Nearly 250 persons including about 100 motorcyclists without proper vehicle documents and nearly 15 minors who were involved in racing bikes on Necklace Road were caught on Sunday morning. Cops seized 250 bikes from them and imposed fines up to Rs 300 on those who did not have valid documents.
“They were disturbing passersby and morning walkers with their rash riding and by making cat calls,” said Ramgopalpet additional inspector B. Janaiah.
They were taken to the Lake police station and counselled. Police warned the riders of strict action if were found involved in repeat offences.
