Manju Warrier had made a comeback to Mollywood after her 14-year-long sabbatical with How Old Are You, which showed the benefits of organic farming, which set off a trend with a lot of homemakers starting off terrace gardens that grew organic vegetables.
Though her subsequent film offers kept her busy, Manju still kept an active interest in anything to do with organic farming. She had even joined actor Sreenivasan for harvesting in his paddy field.
The news is that Manju will take part in harvesting of organic cabbages grown at the GCDA office in Kochi on Wednesday. The actress surely has her hands full with her films, dance programmes and social commitments. Way to go, Manju!
