Agent had sent students to two US universities

Consultancy owner had sent most students to North Western Polytechnic University,

Hyderabad: Pacific Education & Overseas Careers, the consultancy which was raided by task torce officials on Tuesday, had sent a few students to the controversial North-Western Polytechnic University, where the 10 deported students had taken admission.

The police arrested owner Amer Ali Khan, who confessed that he had forged several documents to send students to US universities. “He established a corporate office with seven to eight employees at Masab Tank and advertised his business online. He processed applications for 300 clients in six years,” said East Zone task force inspector Ch. Sridhar.

"He prepared fake and forged bank statements of nationalised banks, loan sanction memorandums, recommendation letters of various colleges, CA reports and affidavits among others to obtain visas,” said sub inspector A. Sudhakar of the East Zone task force.

Police sources said that the consultancy owner had sent most students to North Western Polytechnic University, Findlay University and American College of Commerce.
