Sushil Modi seeks disciplinary action against Kirti Azad for embarrassing party
Patna: Expressing solidarity with Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, accused by Congress and AAP of financial bungling in Delhi cricket body, BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi on Tuesday demanded that action should be taken against Kirti Azad and some other MPs for embarrassing the party and "playing into the hands of the Opposition".
"BJP should take disciplinary action against Kirti Azad and some other MPs for embarrassing the party and playing into the hands of the opposition," Modi tweeted.
"Bihar BJP is solidly behind @arunjaitley (sic)," he said adding, "the party should not hesitate in taking action against disgruntled elements."
BJP MP Kirti Azad, who has been campaigning against alleged corruption in Delhi's cricket body, had yesterday demanded an ED and DRI probe into the affairs of DDCA.
