Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa has filed a defamation complaint against social activist Traffic Ramaswamy for his alleged defamatory statement about the distribution of flood relief in the city, which was circulated in WhatsApp. City public prosecutor M.L. Jagan, filed the defamation complaint, on behalf of the Chief Minister, before the Principal sessions court.
