While a section of the media had reported that Nayanthara would be roped in for a special dance number to be shot sometime next week, for the Vijay Sethupathi-starrer Dharmadurai, DC learns that it’s untrue. A source says Nayanthara is not a part of the film. “She’s neither doing a cameo nor a special dance sequence in Dharmadurai,” sources added.
Meanwhile, we hear that Nayanthara is currently in Hyderabad, shooting for a Telugu movie opposite Venkatesh. Sources added that as of now the film has four leading ladies Srushti Dange, Tamannaah, Aishwarya Rajesh and Sshivada. The film will have music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja, while Vairamuthu will pen the lyrics for all the songs. Said to be an action entertainer set in Madurai and its suburbs, rumours are abuzz that Dharmadurai will have a few Jallikattu scenes as well. Seenu Ramasamy directs the film. Vijay Sethupathi and Seenu have teamed up in the past for Idam Porul Yeval, which is due for release shortly.
