Fascinating person of the year: Caitlyn

2015 is the year of Caitlyn Jenner, according to Barbara Walters, Hollywoodlife.com reported.The veteran journalist voted the reality star and former Olympian as No. 1 on her 10 Most Fascinating People list for the year.

Caitlyn first announced her transition, including her new name from her former moniker, Bruce, in a brave interview with Diane Sawyer on April. 24. Then, in June, she made her debut as Caitlyn on a now iconic cover of Vanity Fair — but this was only the beginning for the strides she would make in the transgender community.

Being the patriarch of the Kardashian/Jenner family, Caitlyn took her level of fame and turned it into a platform of advocacy. She even starred in her own reality show, I Am Cait, to do so!
