Islamabad: Reham Khan, former wife of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan, has stolen his ex-husband’s slogan ‘change’ to launch a new television programme. Ms Khan will be hosting a television programme on a local channel titled ‘tabdeeli (change)’.
Reham Khan’s new show promises to bring ‘real change’. How exactly she aims to bring this change is anyone’s guess. She has been using the hashtag #tabdeeli on Twitter to promote her upcoming show and has been receiving quite an attention. When a fan tweeted, “I hope that the programme ‘tabdeeli’ will bring a positive tabdeeli in our society,” Ms Khan replied, “That’s my intention.” She says in the show’s trailer, “Jo jeeni thi woh jee li hai, Ab mission mera tabdeeli hai! (I have lived my life, now my mission is to bring a change.”
