CM neglecting his duties: Jagadish Shettar

“The Chief Minister is not only slothful, but also disinterested in running the government"

Kalaburagi: Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly Jagadish Shettar on Wednesday made a scathing attack on the state government accusing it of neglecting its duties and responsibilities towards the people.

“The Chief Minister is not only slothful, but also disinterested in running the government. At a time when the state is reeling under an unprecedented drought, he has forgotten his duty of holding district level review meetings. While there is no sign of the revenue minister visiting drought-affected places, the agriculture minister’s track record is even worse”, Mr Shettar, who was here to campaign for his party candidate B.G. Patil in the Council polls, said.
