While the batsman will continue to shine in the shorter formats of the game, his Test career does not look bright
While a permanent fixture in T20s and the One Day fixture, Team India batsman Rohit Sharma still hasn’t cemented his side in the Test Team. On a good day, however, everyone agrees that there’s no stopping this fire-breathing talent. And even when it comes to the matters of the heart, Rohit has scored well. After his engagement to his bestie of six years – Ritika Sajdeh (a sports events manager), the reports of his getting married soon are also doing the rounds. Let’s check out what the stars have in store for Rohit in the coming days.
Let’s start with the basics. To Rohit’s advantage are the wonderful positions of the Sun, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and the to top it all, Mars and also the Moon. Out of these planets, the Sun is exalted, Venus is exalted and Jupiter is in its own Sign. All these factors indicate an extraordinary batting talent. Due to the Mars-Moon combination, Rohit likes to play lofted shots often and also likes to take risks in the shorter formats. But, Test cricket is a different game altogether and he needs to show more patience here. His impulsive approach and wrong stroke selections could be attributed to a rush of blood caused by the Moon-Mars conjunction.
Mixed Support From the Transiting Planets...
Rohit Sharma will receive tremendous support from the transiting Jupiter in Leo. But, the transiting Saturn in Scorpio may continue to block his progress. His fitness will remain a cause of concern — his performance will remain inconsistent in Test cricket. The Jupiter-Rahu conjunction in Leo may also not augur well for him during the first half of 2016. So, his place in Test cricket will remain uncertain till August of next year. However, we can expect him to play a couple of big innings but he will not be able to do justice to his potential. He may however, get into the groove after July and may become India’s most accomplished batsman.

The period till April will remain good for marriage. Currently, he may not get enough time to spend with his fiancée owing to the ill effects of Ketu. But February to April will especially be a good period for the relationship and there may also be some crucial developments in this timeframe.
