Deepika takes a detour from 'Bajirao' promotions to meet Rafael Nadal

Mumbai: Bollywood beauty and sports enthusiast Deepika Padukone took a detour from her film promotions in Delhi to meet Tennis ace Rafael Nadal. The actress, who was in the capital for her ‘Bajirao Mastani’ multi-city tour, headed over to the International Premier Tennis League (IPTL) event, (an hour before her event) just to meet the hunky star.

The Spaniard, who ranks 5th, was so pleased to meet the Bollywood star that he later took to his social networking handle to share a picture and captioned it: Con la increíble @DeepikaPadukone en #Delhi :) With the incredible Deepika Padukone in #Delhi! #Bollywood

Last year, Deepika made headlines when she played tennis with Roger Federer for the inaugural IPTL match.
