Mumbai: OnePlus has been blazing away to glory after the success of all its devices in myriad markets all over the globe. After the company recently announced invite-free availability of the OnePlus 2, several online tipsters are back again with fresh renders and speculations of the OnePlus 3.
A trusted Chinese technology website MobileDad.com has posted the OnePlus 3 leaks, which suggests that the company might be doing away with their exclusive sandstone design. The device is also speculated to feature a unibody metal design, just like the OnePlus X.
Another leak suggests the OnePlus 3 would be utilising an enhanced Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, which will offer much faster multi-tasking capabilities and an unique ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The images also show a front facing speaker at the bottom and a lone camera set-up with dual LED flash at the rear.
Surprisingly, we couldn’t spot any fingerprint scanner in the images and it will be a huge downgrade if the company decided to exclude the fingerprint scanner.
The tipsters further pointed out that the OnePlus 3 would retain full HD display along with a new feature: Qualcomm’s Sense ID fingerprint reading. However, the images and leaks are all speculations and nothing can be confirmed as yet.
