Anonymous declare war on Donald Trump after Muslim ban speech
Mumbai: After Anonymous asked people around the world to join their online war against ISIS on December 11, the hacker collective has now targeted Donald Trump.
The group had launched an online offensive against the Republican presidential candidate following his anti-Muslim rhetoric, proposing a ban on their immigration to US.
The #OPTrump campaign launched on December 9 is the latest of the series of myriad operations launched by the Anonymous. Individuals under the banner of Anonymous took down Trump’s website for several hours via a DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack.
Another individual posted a picture on Twitter, pointing out that the site was almost down.

Additionally, the group posted an online video explaining the possible consequences of his remarks on Muslims.
Although the website is back to normal again, the move proved to be a major indication of more attacks on Trump in the future.
Of late, Trump has been subjected to a lot of criticism for his derogatory remarks on Muslims.
Several prominent leaders from all around have commented on the issue and numerous petitions have been filed by US citizens demanding the removal of Trump from 2016 presidential elections.
On another occassion, A Saudi billionnaire Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal said that Donald Trump is a disgrace and should pull out of the United States Presidential Elections.
