Hyderabad: The Supreme Court on Friday refused to direct TS Assembly Speaker to expedite hearing on petitions pending before him for disqualification of TD MLAs Talasani Srinivas Yadav, T. Krishna Reddy and Challa Dharma Reddy who joined the TRS without resigning from the TD, and also their House membership.
E. Dayakar Rao, TS TD leader, moved plea before the Supreme Court, challenging an order of the Hyderabad High Court dismissing his plea to expedite hearing of petitions for the disqualification of the three MLAs.
