TD government fulfilled half of the poll promises, says Nara Lokesh

Lokesh advised the Opposition not to make baseless allegation as people were aware of various schemes
JAGGAMPET: Chief Minister N. Chandrbabu Naidu is working relentlessly for the all round development of the state, said party general secretary and CM's son N. Lokesh.
Participating in the Jana Chaitanya Yatra at Jaggampeta on Tuesday, Mr Lokesh said that his father, Chandrababu Naidu was making every effort to take the state on the path of progress. “My father has been working unceasingly for the welfare of the state even at the age of 65 years, he could afford time to see his eight month-old grandson for three last three weeks,” Mr Lokesh said.
Later a public meeting Mr Lokesh said, “Chandrababu, who ruled 23 districts for nine and half years, finds no difficulty in governing 13 districts after the bifurcation of the state. But, his sole ambition is to make Andhra Pradesh a globally recognized state in entire world. He said that Chandrababu fulfilled 200 election promises out of 400 during his one and half year rule.
He said that the TD achieved a record by enrolling 50 lakh membership, which is a record in itself. He said that the YSR Congress leaders criticized the government that no welfare schemes are being implemented.
He advised the Opposition not to make baseless allegation as people were aware of various schemes and are benefiting from them that have already been launched by the TD government like the pensions, waiving farm loans DWCRA welfare schemes among various government schemes.
