South Africa can still save match: De Villiers' father

Captain Hashim Amla and AB de Villiers are at the crease and the team scored just 72 from an equal number of overs
Mumbai: Dr. Abraham Benjamn Villiers, the father of one of the batsmen on crease at the end of the fourth day’s play in Delhi Test believes that his team can still save the match.
Speaking exclusively over his mobile from South Africa on Sunday evening, he said, “tomorrow (Monday) is going to be a tough day for the South African team. But they can still pull it off-as they did in the past (against Australia at Adelaide in 2012)”.
Captain Hashim Amla and AB de Villiers are at the crease and the team scored just 72 from an equal number of overs. Earlier this year, AB had scored a century in 31 balls in an ODI, but on Sunday scored no runs in first 31 balls in the Test at Kotla in Delhi.
“That is what is Test cricket is all about. You play for the team and not for yourself”, he said. The senior AB de didn’t wish to comment on Kohli’s declaration.
Virat Kohli waited for the declaration till Ajinkya Rahane reached his second hundred in the Test and called them back immediately after his ton.
