Complaint against Deputy Labour Commissioner in Jubilee Hills
Hyderabad: A 49-year-old businessman from Jubilee Hills lodged a complaint against a retired Deputy Labour Commissioner alleging that he and his aides trespassed into his house and attacked his wife and daughter.
O. Subba Rao, a resident of Jubilee Hills Road No: 72 and V. Ashok Samrat, a retired deputy labour commissioner were family friends. Mr Subba Rao registered a land in Gachibowli in the name of Gachibowli Mobile Welfare Society. Two plots were registered in 2013 in the name of Mr O. Subba Rao and he paid Rs 1.15 Lakh as stamp duty.
Meanwhile, Mr Ashok Samraat and four of his friends forcibly entered his house, inquired about the registration of the two plots and demanded to register the plots in his name, which Subba Rao refused. Meanwhile, one of Ashok's aides Saidulu intervened and asked why it can't be registered in Ahsok's name.
Subba Rao replied that he is the leader of a backward community and they should be careful with their words. “Saidulu caught her, tore her dress and abused her with vulgar language. He also kicked my daughter Lohitha in the stomach,” said Mr Subba Rao in his complaint. Based on a complaint from Subba Rao, a case was registered.
