Open your mouth big and wide, as you possibly can.
With the mouth still open, tilt you head backwards. Look up.
Now bring your lower jaw towards the upper jaw and close your mouth. Hold for a few seconds, feeling the stretch of your neck muscles.
Next, bring the closed mouth, back to it normal position, looking in front.
Repeat this 20 times in the morning and 20 times at night. You will notice a change in your face structure within one month. Take a selfie before starting this and after one month to notice a considerable difference.
