Sambasiva Rao wants feedback from visiting pilgrims and devotees
Nellore: With an aim to provide enhanced services to multitude of visiting pilgrims, TTD is conducting extensive surveys and the pilgrim should also extend their valuable suggestions in the form of mails and during phone in programme, said the TTD EO, Dr D. Sambasiva Rao.
Answering the pilgrim callers during monthly “Dial Your EO” programme in Annamaiah Bhavan at Tirumala on Friday, Mr Sambasiva Rao said, there is no end to reach finesse.
“Every time we can improve more and more and for that we need feedback from pilgrims also. So please extend your valuable ideas to us through mails, phone call, letters etc.,” the EO urged the pilgrim callers.
Later reacting to callers Murali from Pune and Srinivas from Visakhapatnam, he said both the employees and Srivari Sevakulu will be given training in behavioural attitude and soft spoken skills to deal in a better way with the pilgrims.
Reacting to a caller Sridhar from Kolar in Karnataka, he said, Vada prasadam is prepared in very limited numbers and will be given to those taking part in Arjitha Sevas. In a similar query raised by Ms Babitha from Hyderabad, who sought for the divine Vastram of Lord, the EO said it will be presented to only constitutional authorities and Peethadhipathis and not to everyone.
When Mr Narasimha Murthy of Atmakur complained of non-functioning of geysers in PACs, the EO replied him that all the 23 geysers in PAC I and II are restored and 24 more geysers will be fitted in a week's time for the sake of pilgrims.
A pilgrim caller Tirumala Rao suggested the EO to look into the model of IRCTC for refunding room deposits, to which Mr Sambasiva Rao said, “We are already reviewing the possibilities in this regard and a decision will be taken soon”.
