Other members include all other MPs in both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha who have given their choice from the respective districts, all MLAs within the district, mayors, municipal chairpersons and others. District collector is the member secretary.

The state government said if the chairman is not present, the members who are present shall elect a chairman from among themselves to preside over the scheduled meeting.
