Hyderabad: Two people, including a student who were involved in the alleged murder of a 16-year-old youth named Md Shabaz on November 29 in the Miralam Tank area, were arrested by the police on Friday. The accused, Javeed Khan and Md Inzemullah, stabbed Shabaz, slit his throat and kicked him.
Police said the deceased, Shabaz, 16, a welder from Owaisi Hills and one of the accused, Javeed, were arrested in a case registered at the Hussaini Alam police station and were imprisoned.
After release Javeed developed a grudge against Shabaz as he had implicated him in the case. Since then Javeed was waiting for an opportunity to take revenge on Shabaz.
“Javed and his friend Inzemamullah planned to kill Shabaz. As per their plan they attacked Shabaz with knives and brutally killed him,” said Charminar ACP Ashok Chakravarthy.
Based on a tip-off, the police with the help of the South zone taskforce team, nabbed the duo from Hasan Nagar on Thursday. Cops found that Javeed is an accused in three cases. The accused were sent to judicial remand.
