Randeep Hooda joins ‘Sultan’, to play Salman Khan’s wrestling coach

The two earlier shared screen space with each other in 'Kick'

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda, who shared the screen space with Bollywood’s Dabangg Khan in ‘Kick’, has now joined the star cast of Salman Khan’s upcoming film ‘Sultan’.

Everybody knows that Salman likes an easy environment and prefers to work with people he is comfortable with. While shooting for ‘Kick’, Salman and Randeep became good friends and since then, the two share a good equation with each other.

In director Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Sultan’, Randeep will be playing Salman’s wrestling coach. The character demanded a tall versatile actor with a good physique and strong person and Salman felt that Randeep perfectly fits the criteria and suggested his name. Later, the actor was approached for the role and soon enough, Randeep hopped on board.

Randeep, who has lost around 20 kg for his role in his film ‘Sarbjit’, will be gaining weight for ‘Sultan’ and will also go through wrestling lessons to prep for his role.
