Rajya Raita Sangha, Hasiru Sene not to support Congress, BJP, JD(S)
Tumakuru: Rajya Raita Sangha and Hasiru Sene have decided not to support the Congress, BJP or JD(S) in the Council elections to be held on December 27, said sangha leader Kodihalli Chandrashekar.
Speaking to reporters here on Tuesday, he said the three parties have failed to safeguard the interests of farmers. “So, we have decided not to support any political party. If possible we will support independent candidates and wherever necessary the right candidate’.
The sangha has decided to support H.R. Nataraj, an independent from Tumakuru. Sangha would field a candidate in Kolar, he said.
