Hrithik Roshan is known for going out of his way to reach out to his fans and he recently shared a rather poignant moment with a fan in Jabalpur whose last wish was to meet him. Fifteen-year-old Nikita Shukla, who was suffering from cancer, came to know that Hrithik was shooting in Jabalpur and expressed her desire to meet the star. The authorities of the hospital she was admitted in decided to give it a try.
Hrithik was shooting for Mohenjo Daro in Jabalpur and it was a task to get through to him. The sets were also under maximum security. The determined authorities finally managed to reach the film’s director Ashutosh Gowariker, who in turn spoke to Hrithik about it. The actor instantly agreed and
scheduled a meeting on November 4 and personally arranged an ambulance to get Nikita to the hotel he was staying in.
According to sources, he spent a good amount of time with Nikita and spoke to her extensively and inspired her to keep battling against her illness. An awestruck Nikita thanked him profusely and clicked a few photos with him. It was only a week later that she passed away, having had her last wish fulfilled.
