Witty programmer wrote scripts to automatically complete tasks in seconds

The best script out of the lot is the one on coffee machine hacking

Mumbai: An out-of-the-ordinary project has emerged on software sharing platform Github, which consists of a number of software scripts coupled with funny NSFW (Not Safe For Work) names.

According to a report by Business Insider, a programmer named Nihad Abbasov alias ‘Narkoz’ shared the project on GitHub. Narkoz said that a co-worker who left to work for another company wrote the scripts.

He also pointed out that his colleague was a guy who wrote scripts to automate any task that took over 90 seconds to complete. The project was essentially a collective list of software scripts, which was used by Narkoz's collegue to secretly automate a number of tasks.

After the guy left for his new job, former co-workers were going through his work and suddenly stumbled upon a collection of secret scripts that he used to automate a number of bizarre tasks.

He was not only able to computerize a large part of his work, but also send partially automated texts to his wife, and even make latte without flexing a single muscle.

His former co-workers reveal that he wrote a script, which sent a text message “late at work” to his wife, and automatically picked apt reasons from a pre-loaded list. Whenever there was any kind login activity on his office account after 9pm, a text was sent to his wife automatically.

He also wrote scripts for automating online business interactions with customers seeking help.

However, the best script out of the lot is the coffee machine hacking script, which hacks into a coffee machine in 17 seconds and orders it to start brewing coffee.

Moreover, the script also instructs the coffee machine to brew it for 24 seconds before pouring the latte into a cup. Unfortunately for his co-workers, they didn’t even know that the coffee machine in their office was hackable.
