Mr Sai Kumar has Rs 21.9 lakh cash in over five back accounts

Vijayawada: The corrupt draughtsman of APCRDA is found to have property wroth Rs 2 crore in and around Vijayawada following raids by ACB sleuths at his house in city on Friday.

The architectural draughtsman of APCRDA was arrested on Novemebr 11 on graft charges. He was found have possessed disproportionate assets —Rs 10 lakhs in cash, 200 grams of gold ornaments and a house. On Friday officials again raided his house after booking him for possession disproportionate assets.

The accused B. Sai Kumar has a three storied lavishly built house in 260 square yards of plot in Madhuranagar of city and five land plots in and around Vijayawada all worth over Rs 2 crore in open market and Rs 80 lakh according to government value.

The accused Mr Sai Kumar also has Rs 21.9 lakh cash in over five back accounts and has a fixed deposit of Rs 5 lakh. He also has a car and two motorcycles. The accused is currently under judicial custody and would be produced before court for disproportionate assets case.
