Ever since Vijay 60 was announced, there was speculation about its cast and technical crew. Now, the latest buzz is that music composer Santhosh Narayanan and comedian Sathish have been roped in for Vijay 60, with Bharathan of Azhagiya Tamizh Magan fame directing it. This film is expected to kickstart after Vijay completes Atlee’s Theri. Though it’s said that the composer has been approached to score the music, there has been no official confirmation while Santhosh, meantime, is busy with Karthi’s Kashmora and the Rajinikanth starrer Kabali.
Since it’s an Ilayathalapathy film, we believe it has to be a mass entertainer with a fair mix of sentiments, romance and comedy! Sathish’s combination with Vijay proved to be a success in Kaththi, so let’s see if the duo can repeat the same magic in Vijay 60 as well. Sathish confirmed his presence in Vijay 60 and wrote on his social networking page, “After Kaththi again got an opportunity to work wit Actor Vijay sir... Very Happy to be a part of Vijay60. Thanks to Ilayathalapathy (sic).”
