Watch: Iron Man go up against Captain America in ‘Civil War’ trailer

Mumbai: The trailer we all have been waiting for is finally here! Captain America: Civil War’s first official trailer dropped out today and after watching it, you’d want to fast forward the year and jump directly to next year!

Things are going to get extremely difficult for you if you are an ‘Avengers’ fan because here, you’ll have to pick a side as Avengers go against each other in this battle of righteousness.

The much awaited trailer starts with Captain America and Falcon interrogating the Winter Soldier. Things turn bad when government goes after Bucky and Captain America sets his foot down and swears to protect his old friend, no matter what. To bring in the bad guy, Iron Man goes against Captain America and thus begins the Civil War. While the complete trailer is a big rollercoaster ride of excitement and euphoria, few elements will definitely leave you stunned.

You know you are about to witness the battle of the century, when you see Captain America, Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch facing Iron Man and War Machine. Apart from drama and lots of action, the trailer is also high on emotion. Hearing Captain America say, “I’m sorry, Tony. You know I wouldn’t do this if I had any other choice. But he is my friend”, to which Iron Man replies, “So was I,” will make your heart break into tiny little pieces.

The film stars Chris Evans as Captain America, Robert Downey, Jr. as Iron Man, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Sebastian Stan as Winter Soldier (Bucky), Don Cheadle as War Machine, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch, Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther and Anthony Mackie as The Falcon.

The film is slated to hit the theatres on May 6, 2016.
