No role in comments made by Aamir Khan: Snapdeal
Mumbai: Following the recent comments made by Aamir Khan regarding increased intolerance in India, a large section of the crowd with a contrary belief refuted angrily on social media, and even brought Snapdeal under the radar by asking them to remove him as the company’s brand ambassador.
The actor has been subjected to a lot of criticism since Monday after commenting on the long-going ‘intolerance’ debate in the country, and that his wife had also considered leaving the country.
Soon after, Twitterati started bombarding the actor with numerous belittling remarks on social media websites such as Facebook and Twitter.
Several tweets that followed pointed out that many of them have even started uninstalling the Snapdeal app from their mobile phones, and will boycott the e-commerce platform untill the actor is removed as the company’s official brand ambassador.
A large numbor of users say that they will not only move away from Snapdeal's services, but also stop watching any future movies of the actor.
