Hyderabad: The Water Board has released its app on the Windows platform and is now available on the Windows Store. The app facilitates booking tankers, registering complaints regarding water supply and sewerage and bill and payment alerts. Water bills can be paid through the app.
The app, already available on the Android & IOS platforms, has been downloaded more than 10,000 times. More than 2,500 complaints have been received through the app, the board said.
These services are available to consumers who have registered their mobile numbers with the board. To access services through the app, consumers have to register their mobile number against their Consumer Account Number on the board’s website www.hyderabadwater.gov.in under the head ‘consumer services’.
