Patna: Reacting sharply against the criticism for being politically novice, Lalu Yadav’s younger son Tejaswi Yadav said he was home schooled in politics.
Tejaswi Yadav who attended his maiden cabinet meeting on Saturday later slammed his opponents saying, “I have come here to work and my work will be a befitting reply to all my opponents.”
Tejaswi Yadav’s hard hitting and straight reply came hours after several central BJP leaders criticized Chief Minister Niitish Kumar accusing him for playing in the hands of Lalu Yadav by giving an important post of deputy CM to Tejaswi Yadav terming his as “inexperienced and novice”.
“I belong to a political family and I have learnt it from my own family, I grew up watching two chief ministers in my house and I have seen them work and discuss politics at home,” deputy chief minister Tejaswi Yadav reacted sharply.
He further added, “I am an elected representative and we must respect the mandate.”
