The two have been living separately for quite some time now
Mumbai: Pulkit Samrat married his long time sweetheart Shweta Rohira after going through several ups and downs. She was his steady date when he was the lead actor of Ekta Kapoor’s television soap, ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’. But looks like all is not well in the paradise as the two have been living separately since quite some time now.
The two hhad reportedly eloped and secretly married on May 3, 2010. They got married with band, baaja, baraat and Salman Khan’s presence and supoort on November 3, 2014, with the blessing of both their families.
Earlier this month, there were media reports that suggested the couple was living separately. However, time and again Pulkit denied the news. Though they have spotted a couple of times, they went back to their individual times after that. Reportedly, even on his recent trips to Mumbai to complete his film shoots, the actor has been living alone.
Recently, Shweta posted a picture of her performing a Karva Chaith ritual, but Pulkit was away in Delhi due to work commitments. According to reports, they have been living separately as Pulkit’s family didn’t approve of their relationship. Also, there were speculations of Pulkit’s growing fondness for Yami Gautam but they have always refrained from commenting over it.
