Mumbai: Micromax has introduced a low-cost 4G-enabled smartphone in India, which is priced at only Rs 6,599.
The phone features a 5-inch 720p HD display screen, which is commendable considering the low price tag.
At the core, the smartphone is powered by a 1Ghz quad-core processor along with 2GB RAM, and 16GB internal storage capacity. It also offers an external microSD storage slot of 32GB.
The Canvas Express 4G runs on an Android Lollipop 5.1 OS and employs a 2,000mAH battery. On the camera front, the 2MP front and 8MP rear shooters are decently good for this price. The phone supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Indian 4G bands.
The domestic smartphone company has also partnered Airtel to provide an introductory 4G double data offer for a period of six months. The handset will exclusively be available on Flipkart.
