Ranbir Kapoor to skip 'Tamasha' promotions on Salman Khan's 'Bigg Boss'

Mumbai: Ranbir Kapoor and his ‘Tamasha’ co-star Deepika Padukone, are leaving no stone unturned to promote their upcoming film. The stars have visited almost all top radio shows and have recently begun their television promotions, before their film hits theatres on November 27.

The former lovers have been inseparable during these promotions, but there is always a first time! Reports on Saturday state that Deepika will be making a solo appearance when she visits the sets of Salman Khan’s television show ‘Bigg Boss 9’. The actor is reportedly skipping the show as he thinks it would be ‘awkward’ shooting with Salman.

This news only goes on to confirm claims that Ranbir and girlfriend Katrina Kaif left Anil Kapoor’s party as soon as Salman Khan walked in. Although Katrina still maintains a good friendship with Salu and even attended his sister Arpita’s wedding, Ranbir on the other hand has found it hard to interact with the star.

Reports confirm that Deepika will be attending the show on her own and will also meet up with the contestants in the Bigg Boss house. Early this year, rumours were rife that Deepika had bagged the lead role opposite Khan in his upcoming sports themed film ‘Sultan’. However, she later denied those rumours.
