Hyderabad: The Centre has asked the C. R. Kamalanathan committee to submit its recommendations regarding allocation of all government employees between AP and Telangana by December 31.
In a letter to the state government, secretary, department of personnel & training, Sanjay Kothari said out of 90 departments, the committee had submitted recommendations for 66.
The process of final allocation is on for 12 departments. Mr Kothari said that AP Special Protection Force; commissioner, Indian medicine and homoeopathy; commissioner, printing, stationary and stores purchase; DG & IG police; Director of Insurance Medical Services; and commissioner, prohibition and Excise were the departments where the crade strength had not been identified.
Though was asked to submit its recommendations by December 31, 2015, Mr Kothari said that the tenure of the committee had been extended till March 31, 2016.
