Rao said that neither the people nor the Maoists had asked the CM to implement the Reds’ agenda

Warangal: Revolutionary poet Varavara Rao on Wednesday said that the TRS had done more harm to TS in the past 16 months than the Congress and TD did in 58 years.
“People who hoped for a better life were disappointed with this government. This government has no concern for the people,” he said.
Quoting Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao as saying that one cannot do wonders in 16 months, the poet said that at least the CM could have made the priorities of the government clear.
“Though farmers are distressed, there have been no help for them. People never expected miracles from the TRS government, but they did not expect it to conduct chandi homam or Pushkaralu,” he said.
Mr Varavara Rao said that neither the people nor the Maoists had asked the CM to implement the Reds’ agenda. “He promised a state where there would not be any encounters but Sruthi and Vidyasagar were killed brutally,” he said.
