Chennai: Schools and colleges in districts of Chennai, Kancheepuram and Tiruvallur have been declared holiday till November 22 and the institutions will reopen on November 23. According to a circular from Anna University theory exams for its affiliated colleges for UG&PG degree programmes have been rescheduled. The exams slated for November 12,13,14,16,17,18,19,20 and 21 will take place on December 21, 22, 24, 28, 29, 30, 31, January 2 and 4.
The end semester exams for Anna University departments — CEG, MIT, ACTech and SAP have also been postponed from November 12,13, 14, 16, 17,18, 19, 20 and 21 to December 2,3,4,7,8, 9,10,11 and 12.
